CM is the first law firm in the country to develop its own online monitoring system applied to all Latin America, which allowed the removal of millions of publications in infringement of trademarks, patents or copyrights of companies affected by the growth of e-commerce and the lack of controls in online sales platforms and social networks.
The company is also committed to sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, having two active sustainable campaigns, “Score Green” and “Entre Manos”. The objective of these campaigns is to give a second chance to plastic and textile products which were in trademark infringement, that otherwise would be destroyed and discarded by law. These products are recycled and transformed into basketball backboards, with “Score Green”, and into pencil cases, backpacks, placemats, etc, with “Entre Manos”. They are donated to schools, squares, prisons, and other places in need, benefiting and training children, adolescents and adults about sustainability and product reuse.

In January 2024, Cervieri Monsuárez inaugurated the Cervieri Monsuárez Foundation, an organization dedicated to the promotion of art, created by Virginia Cervieri and Pablo Monsuárez.
From its space in José Ignacio, conceived by the famous architect Rafael Viñoly, it offers an outstanding program of temporary exhibitions. The proposal aims at alternating the visibility of emerging regional artists with others of vast international trajectory.
The Foundation was born out of a commitment to creativity and aims to strengthen cultural and educational programs with a high impact on society.
The inaugural exhibition of the Foundation featured the first presentation of Vivian Suter in Uruguay, an Argentine artist of Swiss parents, who at the age of thirteen moved to Switzerland, where she became an artist and spent the next twenty years of her life.
