John started his career as HM Diplomat, serving in Eastern Europe and the Caribbean before moving to the UK’s National Criminal Intelligence Service which became the UK’s Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA). John specialised in drugs intelligence work before spending 4 years as SOCA’s Regional Manager in the Balkans – based in Bulgaria. On leaving public service in 2013, John joined BAT and progressed to become BAT’s Global Head of Anti-Illicit Trade. John joined Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health) in January 2023 and has responsibility for product security investigations & enforcement, the global Customs program and online monitoring.
