Juliana is PUMA’s Counsel Brand Protection with advanced knowledge in Intellectual Property matters based on international and particular national standards. In her position she is responsible for PUMA offline and online IP rights enforcement in the territories of Europe, West and Central Asia.

Her practice ranges from prosecution and litigation work to the eventual enforcement of IP rights in which job she found her passion and got stuck for probably a lifetime! Aside of the beforementioned responsibilities, Juliana has been serving on the Boards of Directors of Abac-Baan as well as in several committees, such as the INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, the INTA UnReal Committee, the ACG Brands Advisory Committee as well as the ACG Intelligence & Enforcement Steering Committee.

Juliana is located at PUMA’s Headquarter in Germany and typically travelling between the countries for some on-ground tasks as well as for participation of conferences also as speaker.
