Harri is a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney and Head of the Fashion Practice at Stobbs IP. She assists on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters, specialising in the retail and FMCG sectors, particularly in fashion retail, meaning she has extensive knowledge of the kinds of issues and challenges fashion brands can face in relation to different areas of IP. Her practice includes advising a wide range of clients across different sectors on the creation and clearance of new brands, putting together international filing strategies, domain name strategies, IP management and enforcement, dealing with contentious issues and advising on designs and copyright. Harri also advises brands on their online enforcement strategies.
