Vural Ocali

Vural Ocalı was born on November 13^th, 1966, in Izmir Türkiye.  

After graduating the Military High School in 1984, he then studied Business Management at the War Academy between 1984 – 1988 and graduated as an Artillery Officer. 

He graduated from the Law School in Izmir, Türkiye in 1994. 

After resignation from the service in 1996, in 2001 he started his position as the claims manager ARKAS HOLDING SA, which is the leading maritime transportation company in Türkiye, and since 2010 he has been acting as the legal counsel and risk director and managing the legal and compliance departments. He is married.
