With over 15 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and AML compliance, she brings extensive expertise in cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks, and intellectual property. A passionate wine and spirits professional and WSET-certified, Elene combines legal knowledge with industry insight to address challenges in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting. She has led enforcement initiatives across international markets, safeguarding premium brands from counterfeit threats. She also leads sustainability initiatives within her group. Elene serves as a board member of the International Association of Wine and Spirits Law (AIDV) and is founder of the Georgian Wine Lawyers’ Association.
