Jeremy is Chair of Mishcon de Reya’s Innovation Department and a leading IP litigator, specialising in the protection and enforcement across the full spectrum of IP rights including patents, trade secrets, trade marks, copyright and designs.

He represents clients across a range of industries, with particular focus on technology, retail, real estate and entertainment. Jeremy is highly experienced in obtaining and defending urgent injunctions, including search, freezing, and disclosure orders. He regularly advises on complex, multi-jurisdictional contractual and licensing disputes, and has acted in arbitrations under LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, CIArb, and ICSID rules.
