Simon is an experienced brands lawyer advising on IP litigation, trade mark and design portfolio strategy and advertising/marketing law. Simon has particular expertise working on counterfeiting and piracy matters, managing worldwide customs recordal and enforcement work for a number of international brands. Simon has a track record in developing and implementing sophisticated anti-counterfeiting enforcement strategies, effectively combining civil, criminal and administrative procedures to maximise brand protection outcomes. Outside of private practice, Simon is a member of The Anti-Counterfeiting Group and INTA's Anticounterfeiting Committee.
