Helen joined the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) in 2013 following a successful career in Trading Standards and has since held several key roles in IP enforcement, beginning in Policy and Outreach. In 2021, Helen became Head of Partnership Engagement, where she led the development of a national IP enforcement network across law enforcement agencies, including the integration of IP coordinators into Regional Organised Crime Units and Border Force. In 2023, she returned to policy as Head of Engagement & Campaigns, strengthening relationships across law enforcement, government, and industry, while delivering impactful consumer and business awareness campaigns. Helen currently serves as the Interim Deputy Director for IP Enforcement at the IPO.
